According to the opinion of the AGH University Data Protection Officer, the use of cloud solutions provided by Google (especially the use of these solutions for processing personal data) is not permitted at AGH University.
This instruction outlines the process of exporting data from the Google cloud (for cases in which the use of Google tools was implemented prior to the issuance of the AGH University DPO's opinion). The Google Takeout tool is used for this purpose.
In the next step, select the "send download link via email" option as the destination, and "export once" as the frequency. There is also an option to choose the file type into which the data will be archived, as well as its size. In both cases, you can also leave the default options selected. After making your selection, click the "Create export" button.
Select the "Download your files" button to download your archived data and save it to your computer's drive. The copy of your data created by Google Takeout is available for download for one week from the moment of its creation.
Selecting the aforementioned option will take you to the export management page in your browser window.
At the same time, the download of the recently created archive will begin.
